I am a portrait photographer with a particular focus on little ones and growing families. Observing my own child grow has improved my senses.

I relish observing and capturing images of children in natural surroundings.

A portrait session together is an experience shared.

My approach to our session is relaxed and fun. I work at capturing a variety of special images to be cherished for years to come. Enchanting images that will trigger joy.

Together we will choose a location to suit. Outdoor surroundings, your home and neighbourhood. Is there a park or place that has meaning? My studio is also a great start, especially for babies and children.

A week after our session, I invite you back to the studio to see the photographs in person. They are presented as mini prints and I love the reveal! From here you will hone in on “the ones” and can decide how best to enjoy your favourites. I specialise in the printing and framing of your photos as well there are digital options.

ABOUT CORPORATE

For professional head shots I begin by learning your field of profession. We will discuss the right approach for your photography.

I work with large and small companies in creating the appropriate portraits of staff and teams as well as one on one sessions for individuals.

Studio, location or both. We can be as creative as need be to suit your brand messaging.

I also photograph corporate events and special parties.

ABOUT THE PRINTS

Here is a collection of images that I have made over the years. It’s personal work and most of the photographs are taken with film.

There is absolutely nothing more thrilling than developing a roll of film.

I fell in love with analog processes during university and have continued practicing with a variety of cameras and now almost exclusively black and white film . I hand process all of my black and white negatives and make small (8 x 10) darkroom prints. The images within this collection have been chosen as best representations of large sized poster prints. The negatives are scanned as high quality files for printing.
